Pros

Flexible schedule. Amazing coworkers and clients. I would have said this was my ideal company to work for and I would never leave until Nov 2023. There was a positive environment, enrichment trips to meet the team and clients, and help available when needed. That changed drastically after Nov 2023. I don’t recognize this company any longer.

Cons

Very little documentation or training available when onboarding. No further education or growth available once in role. Feedback needed to grow is sparse and will only really occur during annual performance reviews to deny more than a 3% raise. Bonuses were earned, promised, and then taken back same day - 2 weeks before Christmas, leaving people to scramble. Mass layoffs left people overloaded, causing more to quit and those left to be stressed out. The culture used to be amazing but over the last year has become incredibly toxic. So many great managers and team leads have left due to the stress and pressure. Upper management will talk poorly about reps, managers, and other upper management in front of coworkers. They restructured to combine the client services and operations manager roles with no additional salary compensation to the operations managers who kept all of their same duties plus added on the most time consuming pieces of the CSM role.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
