      Pros

      I worked with an amazing team of people in the field that truly cared about what they did every day.

      Cons

      This company is falling apart. They have lost so many excellent people, especially at the regional and corporate level and the field is suffering for it. I am not sure what more has to happen for it to end. This was a fantastic company with so much promise and in less than a years time it has been completely dismanted. I would suggest anyone taking a job here wait until some major changes have happened. There are still so many good really good regionals here but they won't last long and frankly their hands are tied anyway. They do not have the ability to do the right thing anymore.

      Pros

      I receive excellent Regional support from the Plant Operations team. An environment of mutual respect and professionalism is present.

      Cons

      I am currently in a stand alone memory care community it presents day to day challenges due to progression of residents disease which causes extreme fluctuations in census at any given time.
