Pros

Option available to work from home. Some schedule flexibility. Great coworkers. Connection to a valued culture that deserves to be supported. That’s why I’m still here.

Cons

Years ago, the company supported the interpreters. We are the reason this company exists. Now we are treated like numbers and can even get the required hours because they over staffed. Full time, but not getting enough hours to maintain status. 15 years with this company and now, while on an open FMLA case…I’m losing hours a set schedule I’ve been working for years. We are required to accept rude comments, abuse and undeserved complaints from customers constantly. Some new hires make more per hour than those here for over a decade, but we aren’t supposed to communicate about it among ourselves….

Pros

Exceptional care among those in leading roles. Trying hard to be transparent among a volatile occupation.

Cons

Difficult to get consistent work as agencies often change a different provider midstream, thus lose out on consistent work.

Pros

If eligible, we could work from home.

Cons

Fast past. Dragon did not always work. Lack of support. Sometimes, if there was a high call volume lunches, breaks, and even bathroom breaks were taken away.
