Pros
I am having trouble thinking of any. This was probably the worst job I have ever had. If you want to work long hours and get yelled at by management when you are not performing well then this is the place for you! It was really great when you would get yelled at by managers for not hitting submittals but then they would leave at 2 PM almost everyday. They provide you with ZERO training and expect you to do well.
Cons
Terrible management, so belittling and RUDE. Not helpful, when you ask a question people look at you like you are seriously stupid. Little to no training, I think I maybe had 1 day of training and was expected to know everything..hmm okay seems really fair. Long hours, for little reward. My advice is to stay away. There are other staffing companies out there that are WAY better than Sparks.
