      Pros

      After connecting with a recruiter via LinkedIn, I spoke with the woman by phone, and submitted my resume--all within 2 hours. The woman sounded very excited and interested in me as an applicant during the phone interview; we even discussed a possible upcoming opportunity, right away. She was very prompt and promised to get back to me soon.

      Cons

      I did not hear from the recruiter--ever--even after several e-mails. The woman never called back, emailed, or sent a message via LinkedIn--not once.

      Upper Management has one of the most toxic behaviors I've ever seen in my career. They don't take feedback at all. They punish you if you take PTO. Their HR department is a joke. They do NOT have your back. If you have any issues, even if you file the right complaints it won't go anywhere. SEVERAL harassment issues were going on that were completely ignored and unfortunately ended up in many women leaving this company unsettled and scared. They DO NOT pay commissions on time or at all. That was the last straw for me.

      Pros

      I am having trouble thinking of any. This was probably the worst job I have ever had. If you want to work long hours and get yelled at by management when you are not performing well then this is the place for you! It was really great when you would get yelled at by managers for not hitting submittals but then they would leave at 2 PM almost everyday. They provide you with ZERO training and expect you to do well.

      Cons

      Terrible management, so belittling and RUDE. Not helpful, when you ask a question people look at you like you are seriously stupid. Little to no training, I think I maybe had 1 day of training and was expected to know everything..hmm okay seems really fair. Long hours, for little reward. My advice is to stay away. There are other staffing companies out there that are WAY better than Sparks.
