One of the most stressful jobs ever! - Sales Associate/Teaologist Teavana Employee Review

SUPER STRESSFUL AND PUSHY! I am pushed to push you to purchase and I certaintly don't get payed enough to be this stressed. The last time I was this stressed at a job I at least made more then minimum wage and could make my bills. The advancement for management is totally unfair and only based on sales. They don't care if you've been a stellar manager everywhere else if your sales aren't good enough.
