Pros
You are able to understand the day to day challenges of people that are visually impaired and or blind.
Cons
The pay is terrible; management skills are awful; management will stick together and lie on employees when they are intimidated of the employee; there is know rights up or warning just straight termination; and the HR coordinator is the worst. She gives out wrong information concerning employment and they will hire you for a position that you haven't interview for. This place is the worst place to work. You cannot go to the restroom at will you have a scheduled time to go. You can't keep your cell phone with you. If there is an emergency someone has to call leave a message and then they will notify you of the message. They restrict you from being able to take off with threats that you will be automatically terminated.
