Pros

You get paid every week.

Cons

No time for bathroom breaks when needed, some people take meds and have to go even if you have used your 10 mins away from desk time or 15 min breaks. There is no time to eat and take care of any business that you have to attend to. They give you lockers not for your coat or purse but for your telephone. the bathrooms are horrendous, the harass you about 1 minute being late getting to work, after lunch after breaks etc. No feelings at all when it comes to being off because of a family issue or illness. it is the worst place to ever work

Pros

You are able to understand the day to day challenges of people that are visually impaired and or blind.

Cons

The pay is terrible; management skills are awful; management will stick together and lie on employees when they are intimidated of the employee; there is know rights up or warning just straight termination; and the HR coordinator is the worst. She gives out wrong information concerning employment and they will hire you for a position that you haven't interview for. This place is the worst place to work. You cannot go to the restroom at will you have a scheduled time to go. You can't keep your cell phone with you. If there is an emergency someone has to call leave a message and then they will notify you of the message. They restrict you from being able to take off with threats that you will be automatically terminated.

Pros

Location: very easy to find, for the most part; nice people, for the most part.

Cons

Treating people as hostages instead of employees. Timing bathroom breaks, having a "do as I say" instead of a "do as I do" mentality.
