Pros
In my experience using Thumbtack.com, I have mixed feelings about their Trust & Safety team. On the positive side, I do think they try to keep the platform safe. When issues are reported, there is a system in place to review complaints, which makes me feel like the company at least cares about protecting users. Cons

This can be frustrating when you feel like you did not get a full explanation. Another issue is that getting help from support can sometimes take longer than expected, which makes problems harder to resolve. Lastly, I feel that not every complaint leads to a fair outcome, and sometimes it seems like the decision favors the company instead of the user.
