Pros

Company does it's best to take care of members when they call and complain. Would be better if they just did it right the first time instead of making us have to call back over and over to chew on the call center staff

Cons

Blatant waste of Shareholder's and Depositor's money. They seem to think that they can spend at their One Star level like they are being funded by the DoD. News flash this is a private company. On my last tour to the Plano offices, I counted 15 Makerbot 3D rapid prototyping printers. And they were making Dungen and Dragon figurines. What on earth does USAA as a financial and insurance company have any business buying $97,485 worth of 3D printers. This is 1933 all over again, and we are going to have to turn you into the Texas Insurance Commission and the Texas Comptroller. We want a board who is prudent and doesn't spend like they still get your annual moral and welfare budget. This is not your money it is my money as a depositor. We will be happy to re-institute the Project on Government Oversight, or POGO just like Secretary Panetta did that exposed the flagrant waste of the DoD with almost 1,000 Generals and Admirals.
