For me the stress level was very high.
They expected me (and I was told) and other employees to work overtime regularly.
There was limited communication on the expectations.
They also had this expectation that as an hourly employee entitled to at least a 30min lunch break I shouldn’t take one. I was told the salaried employees don’t take breaks, so it was implied I shouldn’t take one either. I took a break for 5 minutes, and was accused of daydreaming at work.
They appear have a tendency to lean towards nepotism. They seem to hire a lot of family members, including in the HR team, who are related to someone who previously worked for or currently works for company.
They advertise having a good healthy work-life balance but they didn’t allow me to work in such manner.
This was my experience and how I felt working there. Others may feel differently.
Watch out for this things if you are looking to work for V3.
