Expect overtime on weekends and after 6pm (no compensation bc it is salary based) The customer is always right mentality (no push back on clients which leads to no voice and overtime) Unlimited pto but the max is 2 weeks and you need to schedule it one month in advance and make sure it doesn’t overlap Quarterly feedback (usually given by one manager reviewed by associate director so all your feedback is based on one person) Expect no work life balance Pay is low-medium or in some cases non negotiable Micromanage Repetitive work, leading to lack of growth
