Cons
An employee has gotten into 2 vehicle collisions within 12 months but not disciplined/terminated. Seems nonchalant on the bad behavior. Discipline seems situational, depending on who the employee is. Favoritism is a theme. Burn out - work solo most of the time, as many machines as a work day can fit. Disregard of employee needs for e.g, taking breaks from Heat, needing to find bathroom or a place to wash up. If they feel like you took long to get back to the shop, they think you’re just lazy, and they start following you around and confronting what took so long. You become magnified and they stop paying attention to other employee errors. It’s ridiculous I have to take pictures of other’s work to prove it, requiring you to throw people under the bus. When you run into something new, they expect you to have learned it already since it’s passed the 6 month mark.
