Pros

There used to be pros but the no longer exist.

Cons

Desperate company that is sinking fast. Hiring and advancements are religion driven (Mormon church). Managers bad mouth each other, micro-manage staff to a point where the company is stagnating. HR allows managers with serious control/micro-management issues to go unchecked. SLC and Virtual developers cannot stop arguing long enough to get work done. Advancement and hiring is driven by religion (Mormon). They are desperately trying to save a sinking ship.

- Raises are very similar, not even keeping pace with cost of living. - Bonus is not a percent of your salary, but a set number
