Pros

none that I can think of

Cons

The CEO and some members of the leadership team continuously discriminate against women and those that are not Mormon. Examples include creating a hostile work environment for employees that reside outside Salt Lake City, UT. Unequal pay for doing the same role as a male. Retaliation to employees that express ideas for the betterment of the company that aren't aligned with the CEOs beliefs. Then top it all off with micro managing. Whats equally concerning is that the ownership group of this privately held company, that are comprised of practicing attorneys, seem to condone these actions by allowing the CEO to retain his role within the organization despite losing arbitrations that involve several issues included above. I strongly encourage those considering working for this company to take the company's culture into consideration. The only positive review on this board was done by a member of the leadership team in order to skew the star rating system.

Micro-management hell

Pros

There used to be pros but the no longer exist.

Cons

Desperate company that is sinking fast. Hiring and advancements are religion driven (Mormon church). Managers bad mouth each other, micro-manage staff to a point where the company is stagnating. HR allows managers with serious control/micro-management issues to go unchecked. SLC and Virtual developers cannot stop arguing long enough to get work done. Advancement and hiring is driven by religion (Mormon). They are desperately trying to save a sinking ship.

Pros

Members/customers and many staff are terrific people. Product is (currently) high quality and a good value. They offer a gym reimbursement each month.

Cons

Rapidly shifting to a micro-managed environment that feels more like a dictatorship. Discrimination based on religion and race. Preferential treatment given to and opportunities created for those of a certain religion. Not treating members/customers as well as they once did-an unfortunate shift in the company mission.
