managers are not team players or people persons. its not about service since rollins orkin took over. they might as well change the name to orkin like the rest. the nyc branch was great before rollins started using orkin infrastructure,which clearly isnt working and has damaged westerns reputation among customers.the new regional manager is from service master need i say more.they dont want you working overtime but you have to finish all your stops. they write you up for every little thing, like working overtime.if an account cancels they write you up even if it wasnt your fault.every month someone gets fired. better off working for a mom and pop company stay away
