Pros

Lots of freedom to schedule your work day. Normal holidays off and decent vacation time

Cons

Poor company wide communication. No accountability for performance. Keep employed who underperform and do not reward those that perform well.

good pay and good clients.good training.

Cons

managers are not team players or people persons. its not about service since rollins orkin took over. they might as well change the name to orkin like the rest. the nyc branch was great before rollins started using orkin infrastructure,which clearly isnt working and has damaged westerns reputation among customers.the new regional manager is from service master need i say more.they dont want you working overtime but you have to finish all your stops. they write you up for every little thing, like working overtime.if an account cancels they write you up even if it wasnt your fault.every month someone gets fired. better off working for a mom and pop company stay away

Pros

As an employee for just over a year, I can say that I have had an extremely enjoyable experience. This is a new industry to me. The time and attention to training was/is greatly appreciated. The leadership team is clear in explaining the mission of the company and clearly cares about both the staff and customers. My immediate supervisor is patient and thoughtful in providing feedback. This is not the type of place where micromanaging occurs. Learning is encouraged-- trial and error, with feedback as necessary--allowing learning to be a full process.

Cons

None. If I did have concerns, I am certain I could speak directly to the appriopriate person to address.
