As an employee for just over a year, I can say that I have had an extremely enjoyable experience. This is a new industry to me. The time and attention to training was/is greatly appreciated.
The leadership team is clear in explaining the mission of the company and clearly cares about both the staff and customers.
My immediate supervisor is patient and thoughtful in providing feedback. This is not the type of place where micromanaging occurs. Learning is encouraged-- trial and error, with feedback as necessary--allowing learning to be a full process.

None. If I did have concerns, I am certain I could speak directly to the appriopriate person to address.

Easy application process.
Great company culture demonstrated through caring leaders who create a team environment and have strong a commitment to their customers, employees and communities in which they serve. They care about their employees and offer ample opportunities for growth and development both personally and professionally. They offer a strong and comprehensive benefits package.
Good old boys club, they only look out for fellow management not techs. If you tell them your uncomfortable with working in a particular area they will tell you that they can “put you where they want” even is it is over an hour away from where you are located. Furthermore if you tell them your uncomfortable with that they will tell you once more just to “deal with it”
