Not enough work but your manager will get on you about your utilization time. Other times it’s so busy that there aren’t enough operators. The shifts are pre-determined instead of staffing based on demand history.
Some managers are in their position due to company loyalty not management skills. My manager couldn’t do anyone’s jobs on the team or assist with troubleshooting. But worse was a supervisor who is probably an expert processor but cannot talk to people.
They say in your first days that people love their clients and vice versa... not true. In my experience, the clients treat you horribly because they think you will take their job or you took the job of a co-worker.
I knew nothing about my co-workers after spending months in the same room. Everyone had their head down working like it’s a document factory. When management only cares about utilization time not about people, it’s all about me and not about being a team.
If you have any type of individuality, you will get bored here. This place is for the people who want to be company robots.
