I don't have respect for Geico as a company
Pros
I was working remotely so they couldn't micromanage me that much. Other than that it's pretty hard to think of one.
Cons
I spent 4 hours in meetings today. This isn't every day but it's not that abnormal. When I was being onboarded someone told me they were in around 3 hours/day of meetings on average. This is because when I have a problem and I ask someone to help with it, the default solution is to have a meeting. I want to do my job, not listen to other people talk. The laptop they gave me has an hour of battery life and if I leave it in my bag for too long it becomes too hot for me to hold. I'm a software developer btw. It didn't seem like any of the people on my team cared, and I don't blame them that much for that. It was hard to find reasons why I should care either. Also when I was reading a lot of the official company materials there was a sense of "Geico is the greatest place in the world, you're so lucky to be here".
