Pros

Job is entirely reliant on your coworkers. You need good tax pros who are established (or actively establishing their book) and can do their own problem solving and front desk who can manage the bare minimum (phone, computer, greeting) otherwise.. Good luck

Cons

Management was iffy but I can only speak for my MTL and District Manager being poor. Make sure you have competent leadership overhead or you’re just gonna have to free ball

Pros

I like my office co-workers and pod. Clients are mostly nice with a few bad apples but we've had a few customers come in and give us food which is very kind. We do our best to server everyone and close holds while starting every return.

Cons

I don't love how upset people get with calling campaigns I get yelled at or hung up in daily and it's mentally taxing sometimes. I also wish the pay was more 20$ an hour is nice but since its seasonal I basically have to file for unemployment which I'm not excited about : ( I would like to have a stable year round job, which I believe the company is moving towards but I would like that now and not later. I will have to find a new job in this extremely cut throat market and I'd like to not have to do that but I will.
