Pros

A positive aspect of the company is the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role helps build strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills. There is also meaningful work involved in helping patients and clients navigate important healthcare needs. Many employees are committed to doing their best and providing quality support, even in a challenging environment.

Cons

Expectations are unrealistic, and performance is heavily micromanaged by leadership through constant metric tracking. Employees are expected to keep up with frequent changes while prioritizing contract clients and patient satisfaction, often at the expense of employee well-being. Very stressful and overwhelming experience! There is little work-life balance they will add you to Evening and weekend shifts even if you were hired mon-fri. Overall, employees feel undervalued, overworked, and unsupported. TERRIBLE EMPLOYER

Pros

I was teetering between 4 and 5 stars here, but ultimately I think the positives certainly make me lean toward 5. - Really sharp, dedicated folks that have interesting ideas and are constantly open to exploring new ways of doing things. - Strong, remote-first work environment. - Investment in our employees at a software/tool level, and with growing emphasis on AI capabilities. - Many folks here love the mission - it's nice to be part of a company that wants to shape the way healthcare is delivered and experienced.

Cons

- I do think we have an opportunity to be more competitive on the salary front, as well as give more opportunities for spot-bonus or yearly bonus to folks at lower IC levels. - Some teams get to be together in person more frequently than others. - Love the access to IH as a product, but I do think our healthcare provider options could be less expensive or that we could offer greater breadth.

Pros

Remote work with provided laptop

Cons

Low pay, performance is micromanaged with every metric imaginable being tracked, constant change, employees are not valued and come second to making contract clients and patients happy. No work life balance. You are expected to complete required obligations outside of your contracted hours to preserve your unrealistic metrics, forcing overtime without having to pay it for salaried workers. No work life balance as requirements for evenings and weekends are already ridiculous and increasing.
