Pros

Strong mission-driven culture focused on improving patient outcomes and advancing robotic-assisted surgery. Excellent compensation, benefits, RSUs, and overall employee perks. Opportunity to work with highly skilled and knowledgeable cross-functional teams.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging depending on the team and project deadlines. Large-scale organizational changes and shifting priorities can create ambiguity.

Pros

The main positives are pay and the benefits, if you're new and like working with your hands the first months are enjoyable and rhe equipment has a nice learning curve, when leadership isnt present the work place is peaceful and fellow technicians and eager and willing to help you whenever you get stuck.

Cons

There is 0 work life balance, you work endless 9hr shifts to no end your constantly pushed to work faster and faster but brutally punished the moment you make the slightest mistakes. Supervisors hound the team to hit numbers but when the number is hit youre rewarded with an increase to the overall goal meaning more overtime and if the goal isnt met then you also get overtime and constant mandatory Saturdays. Leadership doesn't care in the slightest about employee moral theyd rather replace you than insure you're happy. And more and more tyrannical policies are being created and inforced instead of just inforcing already existent policies. Lastly leadership will hold you in a position "based on company needs" increasing your level and bettering yourself is an uphill battle requiring you to constantly bug your supervisor just to find out what requirements you need to meet and depending on your line if you happen to see a position open you want management will actively ignore it in order to not move you or just staright up say no without a good reason other than "this areas in high demand you cant move until i fill all open positions" meaning you're stuck for however long that takes.
