Pros

Still have some great people working here who are committed to the mission of delivering quality of care to the community.

Cons

Most unscrupulous team of executives you'll run across in the area. Yet despite their drag and 'overhead' the staff still manages to deliver quality care despite the poor working environment and underhanded politics. Massive number of frivolous terminations over the past 2-3 years. Those who remain work under constant fear or threat of termination sapping productivity and killing the working environment. Extremely low morale among employees across the organization. Company values has degraded severely over the past 3 years.

Pros

They have good benefits and for the most part the immediate staff cares for patient’s well-being.

Cons

The upper management in HR and radiology department meaning directors are extremely inconsiderate there’s lots of childish behavior bullying racist comments and if you take it to the HR department you will have a target on your back they have wonderful and caring employees in the department however the way that the employees are treated is just disgusting. Also be advised if you are in outstanding employee or if you’ve been there for a number of years it does not matter if you give them the decency to put in a two week notice they will escort you out of the building and you will not be allowed to work out the remainder of your two weeks so be prepared and be aware of working for Jupiter Medical Center or is not as it seems!

Pros

It was the best feeling putting in my 2 weeks notice. A huge weight was taken off my shoulders, but even doing everything by the books, you still get treated like a peasant.

Cons

Worked like a dog. Treated poorly. Nit picked about everything. Extremely abusive work environment. Worked as an insurance verification specialist. Was forced to do atleast 20 to 30+ patients daily. That's checking their benefits, creating their file and filling it up with all their paperwork and information, and then calling them to make sure everything is in their file is entered correctly, make sure they know their benefits, the cost of their visit and their appointment time and location as well as explain any preparation they may have.
