Pros

Some nice co-workers. There is a group of employees called by other co-workers as “the clan”. There is a secret group chat even devoted to dealing with them. If you aren’t accepted into this click they will play games with your license and your job, tell on you constantly most of which is lies. Management is toxic as well and instead of working to develop people, they are toxic and allow these employees to run the show.

Cons

See above. If you have a family that relies on the money you make, do not work here. You would think there would be less drama in a small hospital but this place is literally awful. The money is not worth the risk.

Pros

Patients and management are great.

Cons

Toxic department. I don’t believe it represents the hospital culture.
