Weak leadership at the top coupled with middle managers so preoccupied with their own advancement they actively undermine their own staff via continual subjective criticism that could easily qualify as harassment. Many of the staff openly complain about how they dread coming to work everyday due to the stressful situations they encounter as a result of continuous mismanagement. Toxic culture overall.
