      Extra week of vacation available for purchase.

      Weak leadership at the top coupled with middle managers so preoccupied with their own advancement they actively undermine their own staff via continual subjective criticism that could easily qualify as harassment. Many of the staff openly complain about how they dread coming to work everyday due to the stressful situations they encounter as a result of continuous mismanagement. Toxic culture overall.

      Pros

      I have been here for only a short time but I can already tell that this is a great company to work for. The atmosphere is friendly and there are a lot of perks like the great coffee room with FREE coffee and tea, a relaxed dress code, various employee activities scheduled monthly, reimbursement on gym memberships, payment of qualifying tuition for specific classes, 401K matching, health plans,.... I could go on and on!
