      Pros

      Flexibility and independence. Great colleagues

      Cons

      Dying industry, owners are terrible at communication. They do not care for their employees and Chuck has been quoted as saying “I don’t care about you if you aren’t making me money” Alex and Sandra are ill suited for leadership.

      Pros

      Small company feel, but operations of larger company. Flexible work schedule, good work-life balance. You get to know almost everyone in the company personally. Occasional travel depending on your position. Several team-building events through the year (fishing trips, Christmas parties, etc.). Good place to get your foot in the door and get experience. Lot's of training and continuous learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Lack of foresight and long term planning from management. Mostly focused on "right here, right now" projects, which results in a lot of bottleneck situations. Quite a big staff turnover rate especially in sales. Average benefits, very few paid holidays, little PTO. No separate sick leave days.
