Pros

Flexible schedule, option to be full-time work from home. Management on my team was easy to work with and open to suggestions. There is a company wide spirit of camaraderie. There are lots of little perks, raffles for Blazers games tickets, a present on your birthday, annual holiday luncheon at the MODA center on the basketball court.

Cons

The trade-off is that the pay is not as good compared to working in a hospital or clinic. For me the opportunity to work from home to be present to get my kids/on and off of the school bus made it worth it.

Bad management, low pay, forced hybrid schedule if you live in the Portland area without parking or transit reimbursement, high call volumes, micromanaging, long hours, no transparency.
