Company going downhill, losing employees and customers
Pros
Flexible work schedule allows for life to exist (sometimes)
Cons
No real vision for the company. Politics run everything; if people don't like you as a person, they will find a way to get rid of you. Loyal to people that conform without asking questions (aka puppets); your voice will not be heard. Micromanagement. Little to no diversity. Mediocre pay. You're not protected, and the company doesn't abide by their own rules/guidelines. They view the workers as replaceable; they don't care about you as a person; you're a resource, there to get the job done nothing more (they will pretend to care, but really don't). The flexible schedule doesn't mean work/life balance due to heavy workloads and them constantly being understaffed. No upward mobility; you only get promoted if people are leaving the company, using it as an "incentive" to stay. They will do anything to not give raises and bonuses due to company's financial troubles.
