Very heavy corporate culture. The lab is consistently under-staffed. Space in the lab is very limited, with no storage and very little space for employees (feels like working in a factory). Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros, even though the pros are pretty good. Kaiser's attitude toward the Lab does not match patient-facing job positions -we are often over-looked for improvements, staffing and other recognition.
They hire at less than 40 hours, expecting you to pick up shifts for call outs rather than truly addressing the staffing problem.
The corporate culture is suffocating.
