      Life career at Northwest Permanente. Best place on the planet to work, grow and thrive! Excellent work life balance in a supportive environment with the focus on our members, front and center.

      Cons

      There really are no specific cons. Northwest Permanente fosters a positive working environment with a culture unlike any other I have ever worked. It does takes a bit of time and mentoring to become fully integrated into a culture of "thrive".
