-Additional tasks and requirements are constantly added, never removed -Raises are small and you reach a (very low) cap quickly This should be treated as a temporary solution for you, anyone can get a job here but you should look for a better one every day. It wont get better, the pay hasn't changed in the past 5 years but the workload has increased significantly. There is never good news. The training is very bad, they basically expect everyone to figure it out on the fly.

Lack of training, underpaid for the amount of work required. Very unorganized and does not treat women as fair as men and HORRIBLE benefits
