At Powerback, we strive to stay true to our mission to improve the lives we touch for both our patients and team members, and it's phenomenal to see that working at Powerback has had such a profound impact on your life. We hear your concerns about time management regarding the responsibilities required for your unique role and the time required to be involved in the program. You'll find a calendar invite on your Powerback gmail calendar every Monday morning and afternoon, which will allow you to join our national office hour meetings. The overall goal for these sessions is to receive direct and unique perspectives from Powerback team members at all levels of the organization, as many of our best ideas to continually improve our Powerback culture come directly from team members like you.
