I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced difficulty in receiving a raise. While we've recently made strides to create merit increase opportunities for all staff by revamping our annual review process, I want you to know that we want you to thrive in your role. Additionally, we recently adjusted our holiday pay structure by offering Thanksgiving Day as a compensated holiday for hours worked on that day, thanks to staff feedback. We review the opportunity to adjust our pay structure and benefits annually in order to best support all team members at Powerback, and your feedback helps us know where we have continued opportunities to improve to exceed your expectations so you can thrive in your role! If you have any additional feedback you'd like to share, Ian Oppel, our COO, and Dr. Cass, Powerback's Clinical Consultant, offer space for staff at every level of care to share their candid thoughts, ideas, and concerns every Monday and Thursday. These national office hours, while optional to attend, are a great way to share your feedback directly with our leadership team. Many of our best ideas and suggestions to improve Powerback come directly from feedback from team members just like you.
