      Fully loaded fridge with free soda and snacks

      Cons

      4 teams in engineering . Teams it should be team cause there is only 1 person and may be an intern .Public listed company but try to use free tier where every possible (Atlassian, etc, etc) Management always asks Saas companies if they can extend "FREE Trial" ALL MANAGEMENT HAS AN EXIT STRATEGY and check the stock prices will bail once options are vested. HIGH churn rate

      Exciting Company to work for

      Culture is great - when though the work can be tough and stressful everyone digs deep as a team Good Equity, Bonus & ESPP program Flexible time off is nice People team have done a great job making sure the morale is great and engagement with leadership is there

      Cons

      Not for everyone - we work hard and sometimes outside of our regular hours to make things happen. If your very motivated you could easily burn out

      Be prepared for a stressful and somewhat chaotic workplace

      Pros

      There's a lot of really passionate people here who care a lot. Compensation was decent at the start, but eventually found it not worth the stress. I found the benefits to be nice as well as the physical workplace. The whole building was redone in the last year.

      Cons

      Poor management from lower level managers. Didn't feel supported by management and didn't feel like there was any clear path for me to grow in the company. There also seems to be a lack of communication between teams and this leads to a lot of stress to meet tight timelines. Be prepared to have no clear line between personal and work time. You are expected to be responsive at all times. Impromptu weekend work was not uncommon (salaried employee so no overtime for weekend work). Overall I found it to be too chaotic of a workplace for me and didn't feel supported by the team.
