The product is amazing, great engineering team, amazing benefits

Cons

The ops leadership needs to be change at the Director level. Lack of focus, highly political, poor attention to details, too much talk and no action. On the bright side the top boss has been replaced so lets wait and see if the new boss can improve the culture and bring more accountability The materials team needs a total make over.

Culture is great - when though the work can be tough and stressful everyone digs deep as a team Good Equity, Bonus & ESPP program Flexible time off is nice People team have done a great job making sure the morale is great and engagement with leadership is there

Cons

Not for everyone - we work hard and sometimes outside of our regular hours to make things happen. If your very motivated you could easily burn out
