      Innovative product making a difference in healthcare.

      Cons

      Toxic culture driven by toxic leaders who do not care how people are treated. The 5 star reviews were given due to being continuously harassed by the CPO; they are not real. Individual contributors are not valued and are overworked while leadership continues to make things worse.

And as a CPO that cares that employees can bring ideas forth and create culture as a collective, you're exactly right that I will invite them to write reviews about their experience at Procept. And you may want to reread those invitations because the ask has always been to share one's experience and give suggestions to make our team stronger. Procept is a high performing team made up of bright, committed professionals, but it is not for everyone.       The teams have an inclusive energy, electricity of a shared goal - the company is growing quickly & while there is a start up energy the stability is much more tangible. You can make a real, feasible impact at this size without getting lost/feeling like a cog in the machine

      Growing pains - keeping up structurally with the exponentially increasing headcount
