We appreciate your review and are glad that you've benefitted from our flexible work arrangement. Since our inception, we believe that the more you produce, the more you should earn. We have a variable commission rate that increases as you increase through each tier. This ensures that if you produce more, you earn more. This structure has been favored by many and has had positive reviews within the organization. We understand you are no longer employed but we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

People are nice but it's very isolating

Cons

Pay structure is unclear, you do not receive pay for your first 4 hires Commission is $70 per head AFTER you've reached 4 hires. Example: 5 TOA, weekly commission is $70

Our people and our culture are our greatest asset. We will always put people first as we believe that growing individuals to obtain success will organically grow the business, therefore benefiting the communities we serve. You reference compensation as the largest frustration. Recently, we have undergone a realigned compensation structure which financially benefits Recruiters from the first TOA. This streamlines how success is measured for producers, creates immediate rewards for success and creates goals that are aligned for all levels within the organization.

Pros

No longer have the pros they once did, as the company is now a sinking ship

Cons

No longer the “family first” company they once were, frequent layoffs, unrealistic expectations, poor pay, employees are used and abused only to be laid off.

Its unfortunate to hear that your recent experience didn’t reflect the values that once drew you to Prolink. As our organization has evolved, we’ve navigated a rapidly changing market and made difficult decisions to ensure our long term stability and ability to serve both our Clients and Talent effectively. Our commitment to our people remains central to who we are. We continue to invest in building a culture rooted in transparency, respect, and opportunity. These values have guided Prolink since its founding. We appreciate your perspective and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
