Very toxic workplace. I have never seen anything like this in my life! It’s not worth your time. The pay is great. There’s one particular manager who is in extremely need in the areas of training and communication skills. They don’t have anything in writing in place that you can use as a reference when you’re in training. The email that they use is abominable. If you’re looking to get a job where you’re set up to fail, this one is for you. There are not enough adjectives in existence to warn you to just stay far far away. The money is not worth the extremely toxic work environment.

Salaried employees so no OT. Most of us work OT on a daily basis but are not getting paid for it. So many agents have left that now we are doing double the work. Very stressful environment. The management is so clueless which makes things 10x worse. If they replaced a few of them with people that knew how to run a TMC they would be surprised at how much better it would be. I have been interviewing elsewhere and will make the jump when the right position comes along. Shady things going on as well.
