* I am specifically writing this review for the new joiners to RC * Just thing if old timers is having a job security ,how its for newly joined
Cons
* The people at Ringcentral will use you and throw you when required. * Be aware of joining such companies * Specifically in RCX team ,there will be no helping hands * If you ask for any help ,straight away people say - you do your work (Rude) * Specially the main person - who is QA Lead from RCX UI team he is having lots of ego issues , he acts as if he only knows everything * never expect a straight answers from him
