Pros

They usually have steady work.

Cons

Their pay is low, per diem is low and they break the law not paying for travel. Hotels usually sub par. MGMT is horrible.

As a self-service temporary staffing company where our field associates can select the jobs they apply to and travel to, SASR is not legally required to pay for travel to or from the job. SASR is committed to and complies with all federal and local law requirements in other programs, work projects, or positions that may differ. We provide competitive pay, and based on each project, location, client, and scope of work, we may offer an additional travel, hotel, per diem, or completion incentive. SASR paid lodging is always optional for all employees, and a lodging agency, Google, Yelp, and online customer reviews are used to select our hotels.
