New CEO is making a difference

Pros

Pay is on the low average side for a healthcare position, but it's definitely doable. Most of the staff is friendly and departments work together well. Three types of insurance plans to choose from and employee discounts. PTO, and an extra 8 hours for a holiday of your choosing. The new CEO Rob Simmons is creating a culture of working together and doing our best to make the patient's experience great.

Cons

Management needs to communicate better. A lot of the "higher ups" have no regard for the employees working around them and will be very loud and obnoxious while people are trying to concentrate and focus on their work. Pay could be higher to be more competitive.

Pros

Good people in the clinic but that is about it from what I saw.

Cons

Management is disorganized. No chance of advancement. Staff is treating poorly by higher ups
