Pros

Great experience leading teams. Solid direct leadership.

Cons

Poor communication from top to bottom. Corporate and HR consistently blatantly lie to employees faces; making promises then rescinding them. It has become a culture of the company. "Living Our Values" is an absolute joke. I left on my own accord, and I'm glad I did before I was another one of their victims. Would not recommend employment here, especially for graduate students. One of the most hypocritical organizations I've experienced. Corporate and HR preach "Living Our Values" as senior leadership consistently violates every single leg of these values. They're an absolute joke.
