Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for the work you continue to do as a Field Merchandiser. We’re glad to hear the quarterly bonus program has been helpful. We also understand your concerns about the bi-weekly pay schedule and added workload. While pay schedules involve several operational factors, we know timing and consistency matter. We also recognize the importance of keeping expectations clear and manageable for our field teams. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving how we support employees and communicate priorities. For anyone who would like to share additional feedback or request support, WeSupportU is available at t-roc.fyi/WeSupportU. We appreciate your continued contributions to T-ROC.

Low Pay, High Standards

Pros

Wireless Discounts Sales Bonuses Running my own team

Cons

Terrible Atmosphere Far too high a standard is placed on all stores; it isn't an issue if you have plenty of traffic. Placed in a store with too little traffic, or a demographic that is generally more cash-poor, you are out of luck

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you valued some of the benefits of the role—wireless discounts, the ability to earn bonuses, and the ownership that comes with running your own team. We also want to acknowledge the concerns you raised about the atmosphere, performance expectations in lower-traffic locations, and changes to the incentive structure. When goals feel disconnected from a store’s traffic patterns or local market realities, it can be frustrating—especially for teams working hard to deliver results. It may also be helpful context for readers that T-ROC supports a wide range of roles and client programs, and this review reflects one specific retail program at a point in time. As our client partnerships and programs evolve, the structure of compensation, metrics, and day-to-day store support can change significantly, and this experience may not reflect how current programs operate today. We’re always looking for ways to ensure performance expectations are fair, incentives feel meaningful, and team members have the tools and support to succeed. If you’re open to sharing additional detail, we welcome you to reach out through t-roc.fyi/WeSupportU so the right team can review your feedback. Thank you again for offering a candid perspective—feedback like this helps inform improvements for current and future team members.

Pros

Hourly pay was decent. Was told that I could decline jobs if not interested. I love the type of work they do.

Cons

Never any work, They will not pay drive time or mileage from home to store or store to home unless it is 60+ miles, They constantly spammed my company email with nonsense that had nothing to do with me or that I even cared about.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the work itself and felt the hourly pay was competitive. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you described—especially being locked out of systems without a clear explanation, limited work availability, and communications that felt irrelevant. In Flex roles, assignment volume can vary by market and client needs, and expectations around accepting/declining opportunities (including travel considerations) should be communicated clearly during hiring and onboarding. If you still don’t have your W-2, we want to help resolve that quickly. Please submit the details through t-roc.fyi/WeSupportU so we can route your note to the right teams (including payroll), review your account access, and address the concerns you raised.
