      Pros

      Welcoming team and strong tech stack. AI adoption is encouraged which is key from a competitive advantage standpoint. So far, it seems as though everyone is working in the right direction.

      No negatives I can think of.

      Efficient recruitment process with room to strengthen early onboarding support

      Pros

      The interview process was excellent, probably one of the best recruitment experiences I’ve had. Communication was clear throughout, everything moved quickly and efficiently, and I was always kept updated on next steps. The recruitment manager was particularly strong and made the whole process feel very smooth and professional. Onboarding was also well organised. Systems access and introductions were handled quickly, and it was easy to get up and running. There’s a good level of trust and autonomy given from day one, which I’ve appreciated.

      Cons

      The only improvement area would be slightly more structured support and regular check-ins during the first few weeks for new starters, particularly for people joining a new industry, product set, or internal environment. A few more touchpoints early on could help people settle in faster and feel more connected to the wider team.
