None that I can think.

Cons

1. Bootlickers will get promotions, and rewarded. 2. People who have placed on PIP won't be the ones that get laid off, it will be the people who got the highest grade. 3. Work culture is pathetic. 4. Middle Management and Upper Management think they are doing all the work.
