- close relationships with team members - unlimited PTO

Cons

- no work life balance AT ALL - no appreciation or respect for each other on different teams - higher ups had way too high of expectations - would not recommend this job to anyone i cared about - low pay for the amount of work

Cons

Work employees into the ground Little to no regard for the mental or physical health of employees Lack of transparency, especially within leadership Highly sketchy CEO Technology is lacking Very much focused on money and IPO, which is normal, but top leadership doesn't seem to understand how to get there ethically Compensation is shockingly low
