Pros

The company itself has great perks. The benefits are amazing. The work / life balance is fabulous.

Cons

The management in the mortgage department is horrible. Problems are reported and nothing is done. HR has been involved and all issues were investigated, however, even with the evidence speaking for itself nothing was done. This behavior makes the work environment very toxic. The managers are not available even upon multiple emails, calls, texts, etc... Employees are ghosted and left completely on their own. The mortgage department is in desperate need of a restructure. The company itself is great, they really need to take a closer look at the mortgage department starting at the top and make the appropriate changes if they want to be successful! Friends hiring friends is not a great plan and sets the scene for favoritism.

Pros

Vacation, clean, great work-life balance. Raezean in HR is the most amazing person there!

Cons

KEEPING IT REAL; Company culture starts from the top. Y12 Federal Credit Union lacks diversity, has unprofessional management, toxic environment, low pay, no training, huge turnover. Not a progressive company. Worse experience in the history of my professional career.
