Review relates only to accounting department (not other departments): Always understaffed, Too much pressure. Extreme Micromanagement. No appreciation. No training. You are expected to learn on your own and figure things out (No buddy system) Boxes and files everywhere in accounting department. No willingness in managers and some people to go paperless. Have seen pressure to work more on people who are non-union. Encourage non-union people to work overtime and discourage union people to work overtime, as overtime pay is applicable. Decent pay (but less than industry standard) Time in and out hours, breaks and everything (not fun) No growth opportunity. Politics - couple people try to pull others down, blame games, again micromanagement by team leads/ supervisors/ assistant supervisors. Managers are nice, but too busy to dedicate time to individuals (I guess, that's how things are usually). Company moved to bothell. Not great public transportation. to bothell. No 401k match

What appears to be a shell company for investors taking over legitimate businesses and running them into the ground. Main intent is to replace long term key employees with underskilled workers to save on pay. Has no concern for quality of work produced or real client service.
