2022 Rookie of the Year Dominick Santos, Co-Manager, Jefferson City, TN, 1 year with 84 Lumber “84 is really a family. One that takes care of each other and figures out how to support one another.” Growing up in Guam amidst a family of fishermen, Dominick Santos, the 2022 Rookie of the Year, did not imagine himself emigrating to the United States or joining 84 Lumber. What he found at 84 Lumber when he joined one year ago was an environment that encouraged learning and professional – as well as personal – growth. “Guys like Dominick, they really are the future of this company,” said Mark Ingersoll, Area Manager, Georgia, and Tennessee.
